10 Q+A – Get to know me!

So it’s almost 4 o’clock in the morning, I can’t sleep and I won’t sleep ’til I’ve this done! I was nominated by ElishaJayne to answer to 10 questions (thank you very much for taking my sleep away! Kidding), and I’ll do it because I think it will be fun! And this way, you can get to know me better! Win win everyone! Well, without further delay, let’s do this thing.

1. Getting ready to go out – what song do you have blasting?

Usually I don’t have a song blasting, I have the “Wendy Williams Show”, especially “Hot Topics”. I just love this, self-described, stupid show. Even when I don’t know about who she is talking about, it still entertains me, and that’s the point of it.

2. Takeaway – whats your favourite?

Chinese for sure. It has been since I was a kid, and it’ll be ’til I’m 84. No way around. Easy question. Bum!

3. Favourite colour to have your nails?

Any colour is fine. As I’ve said in my Kiko Nail Polish post, I can’t remember the last time I’ve spent a day without my nails done, even if the nail polish is already all chipped out and looking like shit, I’ll still rock it, because something is better than nothing right? But I would say that this winter I’ve been using matte black and matte taupe a lot. Yay for creativity!

4. Heels or flippy flops?

As a very short girl, if you take me my heels, even the short ones, you take me everything. So I’ll say flippy flops! AH, gotcha! I’ll add that I’m kind of bipolar, so what I love one day, I might hate in the next day, so one day I’ll be all about heels and then I’ll just want some flippy flops and go.

5. Favourite make-up brand and why?

KIKO, it’s super affordable and has great quality, is great for you to play around and discover what works for you. I’m reviewing my entire hoarding of KIKO makeup, and obviously, it’s taking me days, (more like a week for now), especially the lips part. It’s really sickening. I’m a sick person.

6. Yay or nay to false eyelashes?

Nay all the way, tried it once, didn’t work. Almost lost an eye. Let’s not talk about it.

7. When and why did you start blogging?

I started blogging in a beautiful sunday morning, because I was feeling so inspired and… It’s a lie. I started bloging in the 2nd of January, you know how it goes, it’s a New Year, let’s do something fun and new, and I just decided to start this blog. And I really like the connection it gives me with new people, knowing that someone on the other side of the world is reading what I’m saying, and I can connect with them. And I had nothing better to do.

8. What really grinds your gears?

People who spit on the floor, especially men. I hate it, like they’re speaking with you, looking in your eyes and then they sart to push it from their insides and then just spit all that saliva and ‘snot’ (? I don’t know if that’s how you say it, in Portugal is ‘escarra’, and just the name is disgusting). I don’t understand why someone would do that in front of other person. I just don’t. Ugh, let’s move on please…

9. Give me two famous people you’d love to go out and get drunk with.

Easy as pie, Leonardo Dicaprio and Jennifer Lawrence. Because Dicaprio is my love since childhood, and Jennifer Lawrence seems fun when she’s sober, imagine when she’s drunk! Plot twist: she’s drunk all the time! With this famous people you never know. Probably they would hook up and I would end up forever alone!

10. A childhood memory.

My mom, arriving home from work with a big bag full of chinese take-out. Sorry, you just made me go there with the first question. Best childhood memory ever. Oh, I was so easy to please. And still am! Give me a spring roll and I’m a happy cat!
