SEPHORA’s TONY MOLY EGG PORE REVIEW

0

Hello again! So, a few months ago I bought these pretty little things, and since then I’ve been trying them out to see if they really work…

You probably have heard about these miraculous eggs, the saviours of our pores. My skin is oily and sometimes I have a bit of acne, and my nose has some blackheads, so I really wanted to try these eggs, and see if they helped me with my skin. So, I went crazy, and bought all the line!

Egg Pore Blackhead Steam Balm

This is the first balm you apply, and is like a exfoliator, to remove blackheads.

What it promises:

This powerful, self-heating balm targets and removes impurities, blackheads, and dead skin cells through a steaming effect, resulting in smoother and firmer-looking skin.

Does it work?

I didn’t notice a big diference. For the money I spent, I was expecting to get an almost perfect skin, but the blackheads were still there. My skin felt a lot smoothier, but wasn’t what I was expecting.

Egg Pore Tightening Cooling Pack

This is the mask you apply after you washed the exfoliator. It as a very funny texture, I can’t explain it, you have to be very carefull applying it or it will fall all over you!

What it promises:

Get brighter, cleaner, smoother skin with our light yet potent fluffy wash-off mask. Created with clay and egg shell powder to deep clean and minimize the appearance of pores, this cooling mask will help manage excess oil and leave skin looking smooth and feeling soft.

Does it work?

I like the feeling of it, especially after I use the exfoliator, because my skin gets a little irritated, and this cooling mask feels very good. But my pores look exactly the same, BIG!!

Egg Pore Silky Smooth Balm

This is the last step, a silky smooth balm, that I only bought because it said it could be used as a primer.

What it promises:

This all-day moisturizing primer formulated with egg whites, moisturizing, protecting, and correcting pores to create a smooth matte skin surface before applying makeup. And for an added bonus, it smells like lemons!!

Does it work?

Well, it sure smells like lemons, which I love! Is it a great primer? Not really. Your skin does feel smooth and matte, but it has such an ethereal texture that is hard to know where you have applied it and where you didn’t. Another weird texture. Not crazy about it, and from the three eggs, this one is the one I have used the less. And is the more expensive one! Go figure…

As usual, I’ll put some photos, so you can see the results (or the lack of it)!

Definitely one bad skin day, but hey, at least you can see if it really works! You can see some differences, but not that big ones, and it doesn’t justify the price.

So, for me, this eggs are really cute, they have a nice smell and interesting textures, but I don’t think I’m going to buy them again.

And what about you? Have you tried this babies? Or will you try them?

Don’t be shy, tell me down bellow! 😀

Xoxo,

Sofia
