SEPHORA Liquid Lipstick REVIEW/SWATCHES

Hello Hello!

Today I bring you my review on Sephora’s Cream Lip Stain, which basically is their liquid lipstick, with several finishes, some of them are matte, some kind of metallic, etc…

So, let’s jump into it!

As you know, I’m crazy about liquid lipsticks, and I’ve been using this ones for some time now. They’re one of my favourites, and I use them in a day-to-day basis. (I use some of them so much that I may have to repurchase them soon).

The formula is great, is super creamy, soft and easy to apply, and it dries super quickly. The pigmentation is awesome, one layer is enough, and it doesn’t transfer after it dries! It lasts for some time, unless you eat something really greasy, but don’t worry, it reapplies super effortlessly, and it doesn’t crumble. It’s not drying, it’s super easy and comfortable to use on the lips… Unlike KIKO one’s!

And now, let’s see them on my lips:

The first one is #06. It’s my least favourite, because I was expecting a nude colour, peachy maybe, but instead, is a metallic one. Not what I had in mind, and I do think that it’s formula is worst than the other three beause it shows the lines of my lips a lot. I don’t really recommend this one, unless you are into metallics. Or it may be used as a lip topper!

 

This one is my favourite shade (13)! Is a nudey pink, it’s a great natural colour for me to wear everyday, I just love it. Everyone should have one of this at least! The formula is super comfortable, it lasts all day, it goes with everything, basically my dream in a bottle! It goes super matte, super quick, it’s kiss proof (I’ve tested it a lot!), and it’s relativelly inexpensive, compared to other high end lipsticks! A must have in my humble opinion. 🙂

This one is #23. Is a brownish pink, sometimes pulls more of a brown on me, but I like it a lot, and I suspect that in the summer, when I got some tan, it will look awesome! I bought it just for a change, or I would be wearing #13 every single day! 😛

The formula is as nice as #13, I suspect all of the mattes are the same formula actually. They are very creamy, not liquid, and they dry fast but turn very soft in your lips, not drying. Love them.

Last, but not least, is my favourite red, #01! Is a blue based red, super bold, and is beautiful. Is the type of red that looks goods on everyone, the one thing is that I have to be super careful when applying it, the tiniest mistake will show! Is not a forgiving one, but once it goes right, it’s perfection!

So, this is my Sephora’s Cream Lip Stain Review, I do love them and the formula, except for that metallic one, but the rest of them are so good!

I do think that if you are in doubt, you should try them because they are great. I’m definitelly repurchasing them, and try out other colours!
